Get wherever you need to go, all without walking more than 15 minutes from Kimpton Clocktower Hotel.
More than 25 million passengers scuttle through Piccadilly Station annually, making it the busiest train station in Manchester—and the fourth busiest in the UK outside London.
Built in 1842, Piccadilly has 14 platforms that accommodate intercity routes to London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and more, as well as commuter routes and regional routes around Northern England. The station was renovated in the early 2000s; today, there are modern facilities that include ample options for food and drink, should you need to grab lunch in a pinch before hopping aboard.
You can walk from Piccadilly in less than 15 minutes, but if you don’t fancy that then there are plenty of taxis from their taxi rank – or you could even catch a connecting train from Manchester Piccadilly train station to Manchester Oxford Road which is directly across the street from Kimpton Clocktower Hotel.
