What happens on the day?
On arrival at the hotel, you’ll be greeted by staff and checked into your premium double room. During your stay, you’ll have access to the Refuge Bar and Restaurant, as well as the Winter Garden should you wish to relax with cocktails. With a prime location in the heart of Manchester, you’ll be well-placed to explore everything the vibrant city has to offer. Following each restful night’s sleep, you can start the next day right with a hearty breakfast.

Availability
Your two night stay is available Friday to Sunday inclusive, throughout the year. Exclusions such as football matches, special or major events may also apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Check-in is 15.00 and check-out is 12.00.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
How do I make my booking?
- Read through all of the above information for answers to any questions you might have about your Virgin Experience Day.
- Contact the hotel via email on manchesterreservations@ihg.com and inform them that you hold an experience voucher and would like to book. Please quote the voucher serial number and PIN that appear on your voucher.
- Make a booking at an agreed time before the expiry date on the voucher.
- Once the hotel accepts your booking you are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing or cancelling your booking.
- The hotel may require you to send them your voucher to confirm your booking: if so, we recommend you keep a record of your voucher number and use Special Delivery, as your voucher is a valuable document which cannot be replaced if lost.
